The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as PDPL) was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016. Some parts of the PDPL came into effect on the date of publication, and the rest on October 7, 2016.

CESA Yapı Gayrimenkul İnşaat LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as CESA Yapı) attaches importance to the security of your personal data. Our company, established according to the Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Turkey, wishes to enlighten our valued customers as the "Data Controller" in the manner defined in PDPL about how personal data is collected, processed, and the purpose of processing.
The personal data of our valued customers, shared with our company with explicit consent, can be processed, transferred, and stored domestically and internationally to persons associated with our company, and used and classified for profiling within the limits of company activities and service areas as determined by PDPL.
Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with Law No. 6698, your personal data shared with CESA Yapı can be obtained, recorded, stored, modified, rearranged, in short, processed in any way, completely or partially, automatically, or non-automatically as part of any data recording system. Any operation performed on data within the scope of PDPL is considered as "processing of personal data."
Your personal data collected through the www.cesainsaat.com.tr website are processed for purposes such as providing our products and services, communicating with you regarding the products and services you have received/will receive, offering product/service proposals, and using them in other marketing activities, new product studies, etc.
To Whom and For What Purposes the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Our company can transfer the personal data it has collected; in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by PDPL and within the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of PDPL, for the above-mentioned Purposes to our business partners, business connections, subcontractors, domestic and international entities associated with THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE, or to regulatory and supervisory authorities as prescribed and commanded by Law within the framework of legislation.
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
The persons/organizations to whom your personal data shared with CESA Yapı can be transferred for the above-mentioned purposes are our direct or indirect domestic/foreign affiliates, program partner organizations we cooperate with, domestic/foreign organizations, and other third parties.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of PDPL
In this context, personal data owners have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if their personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or internationally, request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the process carried out in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist in accordance with the provisions of PDPL and other relevant laws and request notification of the process carried out in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and request compensation for the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of PDPL, you can submit your requests regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (registered electronic mail (“KEP”) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the electronic mail address previously notified by the relevant person to our company and recorded in the data controller's system, or through a software or application developed for the purpose of the application).
